How much CBD should I take?
The ideal serving size of CBD for each person depends on a wide range of variables, including the reason it is being used, the method of administration, sex, age, weight, diet, exercise and so on. It also depends on the product. Servings of 5 to 50 milligrams per day are commonly reported for health maintenance, mood enhancement and minor pain reduction. Higher servings, although not harmful, are not recommended unless being used to treat a particular disorder, in which case it is recommended that you consult with a qualified medical professional.
