RETURNS
MCBDshop offers a 30-day, money-back satisfaction guarantee from the date you receive your order. If you are not achieving your desired results, feel free to use the entire bottle before asking for a return. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, simply let us know by email at support@mcbdshop.com or through our Contact Us page and we will give you a full refund once we receive your item. We will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your credit will be refunded to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
SHIPPING
MCBDshop orders are picked and shipped from our Florida distribution facility 7 days a week. Usually with 24 hours of receipt. Orders received during weekends will be picked but only leave our facility on the following Monday. Your tracking number will be automatically updated and sent to your email. Free shipping is via USPS.
MCBDshop is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or stolen packages (including inaccurate addresses inputted as customer personal information) after package has shipped.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are picked and in transit to destination. Please email us at support@mcbdshop.com so we can help you resolve any issue you may have, as soon as we can.
Subscription may be cancelled with a 5 days notice either by logging in to your account at www.MCBDshop.com or by contacting us with your request via email at support@mcbdshop.com.
