RETURNS

M CBD shop offers a 30-day, money-back satisfaction guarantee from the date you received it. If you are not achieving your desired results, feel free to use the entire bottle before asking for a return. If you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason, simply let us know by email at support@mcbdshop.com or through our Contact Us page and we will give you a full refund once we receive your item. We will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. M CBD products ordered will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Your tracking number will be automatically updated and sent to your email. Free shipping is via USPS.

M CBD shop is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or stolen packages (including inaccurate addresses inputted as customer personal information) after package has shipped.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped and in transit to destination. Please email us at support@mcbdshop.com so we can help you resolve any issue you may have, as soon as we can.
