CBD Doses Used in Anxiety Clinical Research

 

According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), anxiety is far more common than people think. In fact, 40 million adults in the United States age 18 and older, or 18.1% of the population are treated for anxiety every year. Generalized Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD) is one of the most common anxiety conditions and it can affect people of any age. One of the best parts of decriminalizing CBD for non-prescription use is that science is finally catching up with what a lot of people have known for years, CBD helps a lot of people cope with anxiety.

 

Below is a chart of CBD doses used in medical and scientific research for CBD and Anxiety as well as a link to the study.  It’s important to remember that CBD is not yet regulated and science’s understanding of how CBD interacts with individuals is not fully understood though it is generally regarded as safe.  For this reason, we cannot suggest any particular dose or promise that CBD can help with your condition or any condition.  This information is provided to help individuals do their own research and learn what works for them.
