CBD Doses Used in Anxiety Clinical Research

According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), anxiety is far more common than people think. In fact, 40 million adults in the United States age 18 and older, or 18.1% of the population are treated for anxiety every year. Generalized Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD) is one of the most common anxiety conditions and it can affect people of any age. One of the best parts of decriminalizing CBD for non-prescription use is that science is finally catching up with what a lot of people have known for years, CBD helps a lot of people cope with anxiety.
