Yes. Rest assured that MCBD full spectrum CBD can be transported on a plane. Authorities are not concerned with hemp CBD oil. They are concerned with interstate trafficking of marijuana and other drugs. Although marijuana is still illegal federally, the TSA recently updated their guidelines on travelling with medical marijuana to specifically exclude CBD from the list of prohibited substances. TSA Statement: Marijuana and certain cannabis infused products, including some Cannabidiol (CBD) oil, remain illegal under federal law except for products that contain no more than 0.3 percent THC on a dry weight basis or that are approved by FDA.
