- WHY CHOOSE OUR CBD SOFTGELS?
You can find (PCR) phytocannabinoid-rich hemp oil softgels in a variety of places, but MCBD Softgels are in a class by themselves. MCBD softgels are made with nano-emulsified CBD. What exactly is nano-emulsified CBD? Well, to put it plainly, we use a more expensive and time consuming process for extracting our CBD oil which results in a tiny CBD droplet, 25 nanometers in size to be exact. Smaller CBD droplets means better and faster absorption and less product wasted due to digestion. Our industry competitors CBD droplets are up to 200x larger leaving less surface area for absorption, slower absorption and lower bio-availability.
Smaller particles mean greater surface area for absorption, maximum bioavailability, dramatically increased effectiveness and overall dosage effectiveness of 3-5x higher than other CBD products.

M Brands performs tight quality controls and consistent manufacturing. All our products are manufactured in a GMP-certified facility that conforms to FDA guidelines.
MCBD hemp oil is pharmaceutical grade. Our products are produced following the strictest guidelines and quality control measures allowing us to call them pharmaceutical grade. The highest purity with no binders, fillers, excipients, dyes, or unknown substances.
Our team cares about consistency. MCBD hemp always comes from the same strain ensuring uniformity. Plus, our hemp oil always comes from the exact same extraction process in the same facility, meaning you receive a product that’s reliable, predictable and effective.
Our standards are rigorous and thorough. We test every single batch of our PCR hemp oil to ensure that the products you receive are the highest quality available, without any metals, pesticides or THC.
MCBD hemp oil is produced with industry leading innovation. M Brands partner is the only company in the world with a proprietary chromatography process that removes THC, waxes and chlorophyll while leaving all the cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids intact. This advanced process sets us apart from competition in both purity and potency.
- What is cbd nanoemulsion?
The average size of an MCBD hemp oil droplet is 25 nanometers, compared to the typical 500-5000 nanometers usually obtained by using the industry standard liposomal delivery method. The small size of our nanoemulsion leads to hemp oil droplets with a much larger surface area, which is responsible for higher absorption in the bloodstream. Hemp oil nanoemulsions are used in consumer products, including the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food industries. Due to their thermodynamic stability, nanoemulsions do not separate, which enables the formulation of stable products. We produce all mCBD products with nanoemulsion CBD which gives us the competitive advantage and best in class against competitors.
- What Does the Endocannabinoid System Do?
The ECS is also involved in mediating some of the physiological and cognitive effects of voluntary physical exercise in humans and other animals, such as contributing to exercise- induced euphoria as well as modulating locomotor activity and motivational salience for rewards. In humans, the plasma concentration of certain endocannabinoids (i.e., anandamide) have been found to rise during physical activity; since endocannabinoids can effectively penetrate the blood-brain barrier, it has been suggested that anandamide, along with other euphoriant neurochemicals, contributes to the development of exercise-induced euphoria in humans, a state colloquially referred to as a runner’s high. Two primary endocannabinoid receptors have been identified: CB1, first cloned in 1990; and CB2, cloned in 1993. CB1 receptors are found predominantly in the brain and nervous system, as well as in peripheral organs and tissues, and are the main molecular target of the endocannabinoid ligand (binding molecule), anandamide, as well as its mimetic phytocannabinoid, THC. One other main endocannabinoid is 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG) which is active at both cannabinoid receptors, along with its own mimetic phytocannabinoid, CBD. 2-AG and CBD are involved in the regulation of appetite, immune system functions and pain management.
- What is the endocannabinoid system (ECS)?
Discovered by scientists in the 1990's, little is known about the endocannabidnoid system relative to other processes in the human body. In very simplistic terms, the endocannabinoid system (ECS) is a powerful homeostatic (maintains balance) regulator that influences every system in the body from the central nervous system to the skin.
- How does the endocannabinoid system (ECS) regulate skin?
Although the best studied functions over the ECS are related to the central nervous system and to immune processes, experimental efforts over the last two decades have confirmed that cannabinoid skin signaling plays a pivotal role in skin homeostasis, protection, and healing. When skin's natural balance is disrupted, illness can occur. Common skin ailments that are a result of homeostatic imbalance in the skin are: atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, scleroderma, acne, pigmentation disorders, keratin diseases, skins tumors, and itchy skin.
- What is homeostasis?
When CBD companies refer to homeostasis they're referring to the role that cannabis compounds (cannabinoids) can have in maintaining balance via the Endocannabinoid System (ECS).
From Kahn Academy:
Biological systems like those of your body are constantly being pushed away from their balance points. For instance, when you exercise, your muscles increase heat production, nudging your body temperature upward. Similarly, when you drink a glass of fruit juice, your blood glucose goes up. Homeostasis depends on the ability of your body to detect and oppose these changes.
- What is PCR CBD Oil?
The acronym “PCR” stands for “Phyto-Cannabinoid Rich” Hemp Oil, also commonly referred to as “full spectrum” CBD oil. The terms “PCR” + “CBD+ and “full spectrum CBD oil” are essentially the same thing. One of the many theraputic molecules found in the hemp plant is commonly referred to as “CBD” but CBD is not just one thing. CBD is actually part of a family of molecules called “cabbabinoids.”
Confused yet? Well the truth of the matter is that not all CBD oils on the market are not truly full spectrum CBD because they only contain CBD isolates or have been chemically blended in a lab to create a combination “full spectrum” CBD product. In order to be really considered a PCR (full spectrum) CBD product, it must be grown from high quality organic hemp that is full spectrum by nature.
Why doesn't everybody just grow full spectrum hemp? Because growing organic full spectrum hemp and undertaking the process of creating nanoemulsified CBD oil is expensive and time consuming. But the result is a highly superior product with a greater medicinal value. Over 95% of the CBD oils on the market to not actually meet the standards to be called PCR CBD. M Brand CBD products are true full spectrum USDA certified organic medicinal grade products.
- Do I need a prescription for CBD oil?
No. There are two types of CBD oil that you can buy legally, CBD:THC combinations and CBD oil. MCBD sells THC-free CBD oil that is legal to purchase without a prescription. CBD:THC (in states where cannabis is legal for recreation or medical uses) requires either a prescription or full legalization in your state.

- What is a sublingual CBD tincture?
One of the most common ways of using the CBD oil is by placing it under the tongue. Under the tongue or sublingual method of consumption has become popular for its ease, speed, and efficiency. Sublingual tinctures are also more effective in regulating your supplement intake. You can drop, spray, or spread the CBD oil under your tongue. By holding the oil for about 60-90 seconds under your tongue, you can bypass the digestive system and metabolization by the liver, and reach the bloodstream directly. Our Tinctures are well suited to sublingually consume the supplements. Explore all of our CBD dose methods and strengths in our CBD Buying Guide.
We offer four strengths of sublingual tinctures in two flavors.

- What Makes MCBD Products the Best CBD?
MCBD products are specifically developed for high potency and easy absorption. All of our products contain THC-free, full spectrum CBD oil. We also use a patented nano emulsion method which makes our CBD water soluble, resulting in a higher bioavailability than standard products. This means more of the CBD gets put to use by your body. Our CBD oil is extracted using a gentle process that does not involve harsh solvents that can degrade beneficial compounds. We use only the finest available ingredients in our products. Our tinctures are the only full spectrum THC-free tinctures available. If someone else claims to have a full spectrum 100% THC-free product, ask to look at their lab results.
- What’s the best way to take CBD?
The ideal method for taking CBD depends on the reason for which it’s being taken as well as other factors such as age and weight. If using CBD oil as a supplement for health maintenance, tinctures or capsules are recommended. If treating a particular medical condition, consult with a qualified medical professional for advice on the ideal method of administration for your condition.
If you're curious about how much CBD to take or learning about the different ways to take CBD, we've put together a CBD Buying Guide that covers everything from types of CBD to which is the most cost effective. See CBD Buying Guide
- Are MCBD products water soluble?
In its natural state, CBD oil is not water soluble. However, MCBD softgels and balms are made with a patented process which encapsulates the CBD oil into nano-sized emulsion particles which are water soluble, allowing the CBD oil to be carried by the bloodstream and easily absorbed into tissues.
- How does CBD work?
The human endocannabinoid system, or ECS, is a system of neurotransmitters and cell membrane receptors. Neurotransmitters such as endocannabinoids are produced by the central nervous system and interact with cannabinoid receptors on cell membranes to adjust physiological processes at a cellular level.

- Is CBD oil the same as hemp seed oil?
Hemp seed oil is distinct from CBD oil. While CBD is produced by extracting the essential oils from the cannabis plant’s flowers, hemp seed oil is produced by pressing the plant’s seeds. Hemp oil is similar to other seed oils such as corn oil and sesame oil. Hemp oil does not contain cannabinoids such as CBD.
- How are MCBD products made?
All MCBD products contain full spectrum CBD oil produced by a gentle extraction method. This retains the beneficial compounds produced by the cannabis plant. We do not use any harsh solvents in our extraction process. We encourage you to read about Our Process.
- What does “full spectrum” mean?
Full spectrum CBD oil, such as that used in M CBD products, contains a variety of cannabinoids and terpenes as well as other beneficial compounds. Each of the compounds has particular effects on the human body. Because terpenes can affect how the body responds to cannabinoids, the combined effect is often greater than the sum of the individual effects. The overall effect produced is known as the entourage effect. Non-full spectrum products do not have the benefit of the entourage effect and are therefore not recommended.
In some cases, such as when using a vaporizer or sublingual tincture, users often report almost immediate results. However, most of the effects of CBD are subtle and take some time to be detectable — usually half an hour or more. Personal results will vary.
Studies have shown that CBD may affect the metabolism of certain classes of drugs, but effects have been shown to be minimal. Much more research needs to be done in this area. If you are taking prescription medications, consult with a qualified medical professional.
No. Drug tests do not test for CBD. CBD cannot produce a false positive on a test designed to look for THC. As long as you’re using products which have all the THC removed, such as those produced by M CBD, and you are not using marijuana products, you will not fail a drug test.
